Our client, a leading financial services company with a significant global presence, is seeking a skilled HR Manager to join their team. Founded in 1997, our client operates in major financial markets across Asia, North America, and Europe. They are known for their strong regional presence and growing international influence, committed to delivering superior financial services and investment solutions.

About the Role:

As the HR Manager, you'll create and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business goals and maintain a positive work environment. Your main tasks include managing the TUPE process during the merger, overseeing all HR functions, and updating policies. You'll handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the TUPE process during the merger, ensuring legal compliance and smooth transitions.
• Manage all HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Develop and update HR policies to comply with legal and best practice standards.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues.
• Handle job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Support performance reviews and employee development plans.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate records.
• Administer and review compensation and benefits programs.
• Identify training needs and manage development programs.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.

What do I need:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a strong grasp of HR best practices and employment law.
• Essential experience managing a TUPE process.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a standalone role.
• CIPD qualification preferred.
