Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice on employee relations and performance management.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Ensure HR policies comply with employment law.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven HR Manager experience, preferably in healthcare, tech, or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (preferred).
