HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and enhance the HR system, covering recruitment and staffing, talent training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee management. Optimize relevant policies and processes.
  2. Implement the companys annual HR plan by establishing a standardized recruitment system. Organize recruitment efforts based on talent standards and competency models, build a talent pipeline, and ensure talent development to meet the companys long-term growth.
  3. Manage and monitor employee training programs, assess the performance and utilization of talent, and maintain and update the talent pool.
  4. Develop and improve compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitive packages are implemented effectively.
  5. Formulate and enhance company regulations to foster a positive corporate culture and improve employee engagement.
  6. Establish a career development system to provide employees with growth opportunities and career advancement.

Qualifications:

  1. Educational background Diploma or above in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  2. Work experience At least 2 years of HR experience
  3. Professional skills Systematic training in HR practices, familiarity with various interview methods, and experience with assessment tools.
  4. Personal attributes Strong sense of responsibility, high professional ethics, and ability to work under pressure.
  5. Cultural fit Able to adapt to an entrepreneurial environment, handle work stress, and pursue personal growth and breakthroughs.
  6. Thai Nationality speaks conversational English
