Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring the recruitment and hiring process: Posting job openings, developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates; managing the candidate database and optimizing the hiring process; overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding; workforce planning and talent attraction.
  • Managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and handling disciplinary procedures.
  • Implementing employee engagement programs and conducting satisfaction surveys.
  • Developing organizational culture and strengthening internal communication.
  • Setting performance standards, managing evaluations, and implementing feedback systems.
  • Creating, implementing, and monitoring employee career paths.
  • Leading the HR team, supporting their development, and managing disciplinary matters within the department.
  • Communicating with Regional Sales Managers, Store Managers, and employees on HR-related topics.
  • Developing and implementing local HR strategies in alignment with LPP headquarters.
  • Executing international and local HR projects.
  • Learning & Development: Identifying training needs; developing training programs; supporting skill development and leadership training; managing onboarding programs for new hires and promoted employees.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Designing compensation structures and benefit packages; conducting salary benchmarking; implementing employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Developing HR procedures and ensuring compliance: Creating HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, in cooperation with the Payroll and Personnel Administration Department.
  • Overseeing employer branding activities: Implementing employer branding strategies and recruitment campaigns; planning events and CSR activities to increase engagement; monitoring employer branding budgets.
  • Creating and updating HR instructions and procedures (e.g., Recruitment, Code of Conduct).
  • Supporting strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Preparing HR reports and analyses for strategic decision-making, in cooperation with the Payroll and Personnel Administration Department when needed.
  • Collaborating with the Payroll and Personnel Administration Department on employee benefits and personnel changes.
  • Analyzing HR metrics (e.g. turnover reasons, employee satisfaction).
  • Ensuring accurate management of HR data and reporting processes.

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Fluency (written & spoken) in Macedonian and English
  • Minimum BA/MA degree, preferably in Political Sciences, Economics, Psychology, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR leadership role
  • Excellent communication skills, self-discipline, and a positive attitude toward teamwork
