The HR Manager will manage the functions for multiple business units in India, Singapore, and Dubai regions and will be responsible for fostering a positive culture and ensuring that the organization is engaged and motivated.

Key Responsibilities
1. Be a trusted partner for business leaders and will assist in developing and implementing people strategies in alignment with business strategies.
2. Assisting business leaders in setting organizational goals and objectives.
3. Performance management.
4. Career progression and succession planning
5. Internal branding.
6. Manpower planning and recruitment
7. Employee engagement initiatives
8. Developing and implementing human resource policies
9. Handling employee grievances
10. Managing Reward and recognition process,
11. Training and development initiatives
12. Conducting Management events like Townhall meeting
The preferred candidate will have
1. 10+ years of experience with the employee life cycle management
2. Experience in HR Management Systems and digital platforms
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. 360-degree view of all employee grievances and suggestions.
