WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and develop our people strategy
across the business. This is a key role responsible for ensuring our workforce
is supported, engaged, and aligned with company objectives as we continue to
grow. You’ll act as trusted advisor to leadership, managing all aspects of HR from employee
relations and performance management to recruitment, compliance, and culture
development.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the full HR function across multiple UK locations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current employment
    legislation
  • Support senior management with strategic workforce planning and organisational
    development
  • Oversee
    recruitment processes, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and absence
    management
  • Drive performance management processes and support line managers in employee
    development
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and industry regulations
  • Maintain and improve HR systems, records, and reporting
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
  • Lead initiatives around employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity &
    inclusion

SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Proven experience n an HR Manager or similar senior HR role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the business
  • Experience managing HR processes in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
