Requirements


We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager who can independently drive and elevate people operations while contributing to a culture of Integrity, Innovation, and Incremental Improvement. This is a high-impact role requiring hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. You will be working closely with leadership to implement OKRs, streamline processes, and maintain a strong employer brand across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout from Associate to CXO level

  • Manage offer management, no-shows, and onboarding coordination

  • Enhance Website, Social Channels & Glassdoor branding

Employee Engagement & HR Operations

  • Be a Culture Ambassador by emulating firm firm’s 3I (Innovation, Integrity & Incremental Improvement) philosophy.

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives including Activities, Learn & Share, family outings, CSR

  • Design and implement Quarterly HR strategy including employee satisfaction surveys, performance appraisals, career progression,PIPs

Payroll & Compliance

  • Collaborate with finance for payroll processing, reimbursements, and invoice validation

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate documentation

Reporting & Metrics

Track and optimize metrics like Time to Hire, Cost of Hire, and Hiring Deadlines

Preferred Skills & Tools:

  • Tools: Zoho People, Typeform, Google Sheets, VOIP, Glassdoor, Website CMS

  • Tech & AI: ChatGPT, Canva, ZohoSurveys, ZohoAnalytics, Micro1, Zeko.ai

  • Soft Skills: Strong communicator, empathetic listener, data-driven, conflict resolution

Leadership & Culture:

  • Lead and mentor a team (previous experience leading # team members preferred)

  • Plan and review Quarterly OKRs with internal stakeholders

  • Demonstrate a people-first mindset while promoting a culture of integrity and continuous improvement
