Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and implement effective hiring strategies.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes.
HR Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all HR policies, practices, and processes comply with local labor laws and company standards.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular HR audits to identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Advise management on compliance matters and support policy updates.
HR Systems & Technology
Own and manage HRIS and ATS platforms, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
Optimize digital HR workflows such as employee self-service, time tracking, and performance management systems.
Oversee system data accuracy and reporting.
Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on HR tools.
General HR Management
Lead employee relations, engagement initiatives, and internal HR communications.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, handling HR inquiries and escalations.
Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution when needed.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with experience in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
Strong background in recruitment, HR operations, and labor law compliance.
Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, onboarding/offboarding platforms).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Skills
Experience conducting HR compliance audits and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing organization.
