Job Responsibilities:

Für den Standort Assamstadt suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen HR Manager (m/w/x)

Aufgabenschwerpunkte / Inhalte der Position:

• Strategische und operative Führung für den Bereich Personal mit fachlicher und disziplinarischer Personalverantwortung
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Strategien zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele
• Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Arbeitsabläufe zur Effizienzsteigerung, inkl. der Weiterentwicklung des Kennzahlensystems
• Beratung von Führungskräften zu verschiedenen Themen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
• Bedarfsgerechte Steuerung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses sowie Förderung von Talent- und Nachfolgeplanung
• Zielgerichtete Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Belegschaft
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien
• Förderung der Magna Unternehmenskultur sowie der Grundsätze des Verhaltens- und Ethikkodex
• Begleitung von Organisationsveränderungen und kulturellen Transformationsprozessen
• Ansprechpartner gegenüber dem Gremium der Arbeitnehmervertretung sowie externen Partnern
• Budgetplanung und Kostenverantwortung nach Maßgabe der Geschäftsführung für den direkt zugeordneten Bereich sowie Mitwirkung und ggf. Durchführung bei Verbesserungsprojekten (CIP)
• Analyse von HR-Daten zur Ableitung von Maßnahmen und Optimierungen
• Verantworten des Bereichs Environment, Health & Safety

Qualifikation / Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise in der Automobilzulieferindustrie oder Produktion
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in modernen HR-Instrumenten.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen.
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, strategisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Interkulturelle & soziale Kompetenz sowie Teamfähigkeit
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
