What team will you be a part of?
Our People Operations team — the strategic partner that helps Headway Inc stay focused, fast, and aligned. We work closely with every Tribe to strengthen leadership, build high-trust collaboration, ensure healthy performance, and create scalable people practices.
In this role, you’ll shape how teams grow, navigate challenges, and thrive through rapid change.
— Want to act as a strategic partner to managers — guiding them through challenges, goals, and team dynamics.

— Easily turn complexity into clarity and people data into actionable solutions.
— Drive the full employee lifecycle within the Tribe: onboarding → development → performance → engagement → offboarding.
— Partner closely with managers of the Marketing Tribe to strengthen feedback culture, goal-setting, team alignment, and leadership practices.
— Lead and improve performance cycles, manage low-performance cases, run calibrations, and support growth and development plans.
— Analyze people data (eNPS, turnover, headcount, workload, engagement signals) and translate it into clear recommendations.
— Co-create and enhance people processes with People Infrastructure and Talent Acquisition Squads.
— Strengthen engagement, trust, and cross-team collaboration within the Marketing Tribe.
— 4–6 years of experience in HR within fast-growing product or tech companies.
— At least 2 years in an HRBP/HR Manager role with hands-on partnership with managers.
— Experience supporting 15+ managers: coaching, leadership development, complex case handling and working with big teams (70–100+ people)
— Hands-on experience working closely with teams and effectively navigating complex people-related cases.
— Solid expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
— Strong background in policy, process, and framework development.
— Upper-Intermediate+ English.
— Alignment with the values of our team ( SELECT).
