Responsibilities Include:

• Managing full-cycle hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles
• Overseeing HR department operations and processes
• Handling employee relations and resolving workplace issues
• Supporting compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Maintaining a positive and structured work environment
