At GXO, we're looking for an experienced HR Lifecycle Manager to lead the strategy, performance and continuous evolution of our employee lifecycle service. This is a pivotal leadership role within People Services, helping to bring together two organisations following a large-scale acquisition, while creating a more consistent, efficient and future-ready colleague experience.
Leading a specialist team and partnering with HR, Payroll, HR Technology and Centres of Excellence, you'll drive operational excellence, simplify and harmonise processes, and maximise the value of data and technology. This opportunity is on a full time, permanent basis with a working location of Northampton. We offer a hybrid working set up, with 3 days per week in our UK Head Office in Northampton.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
