Missions and responsibilities :
1. Assist in implementing talent development strategies to support employee career growth and organizational effectiveness.
2. Support corporate culture initiatives in the region such as employee engagement follow up, team building, and value communication deployment.
3. Assist with training administration: schedule coordination, logistics preparation, on-site event support, attendance tracking, post-training feedback collection and documentation.
4. Draft and prepare internal communication emails, announcements, meeting invitations, and follow-up notes for learning and culture activities.
5. Manage team data, prepare reports, maintain documentation, and organize meeting minutes.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally to align on requirements, track progress, and resolve operational issues proactively.
7. Handle payment and expense processing for TLC programs and events: invoice verification, payment application, expense reimbursement, budget tracking, and financial filing.
8. Perform other ad-hoc execution and coordination tasks as assigned.
Required Education/Certificate:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
Working Experience:
1. Strong communication, coordination, project management, and data analysis skills
2. High learning agility, teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility, and results-oriented mindset.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
5. Long-term on-site internship is required (at least 3 working days per week)
