About the role:

Do you want to shape the learning experiences that enable people to grow and succeed?

As an HR Learning Administrator, you will be part of a collaborative Learning Administration team supporting employees and stakeholders across the organization.

You will help ensure the effective delivery of learning services, maintain learning data and training activities, support users, and contribute to enhancing the overall learning experience.

What you will do:

• Learning Administration: Create, maintain, and manage training activities and learning content within the LMS, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Stakeholder Support: Act as a key contact for employees, training coordinators, and business stakeholders by responding to requests, answering questions, and resolving tickets within agreed service levels.
• Process Excellence: Perform quality checks, monitor service delivery, and identify opportunities to improve learning administration processes and user experience.
• System Management: Support LMS-related system updates, testing activities, and ensure data accuracy during organizational changes.
• Training & Communication: Develop user guides, support materials, and training sessions to help stakeholders effectively use learning platforms and processes.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare reports and analyses that support decision-making and provide valuable insights to learning and business stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to projects, share knowledge, and help implement effective solutions in a matrix organization.

Who you are:

• University degree in HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or an equivalent field. Relevant experience in learning administration, HR operations, training coordination, or a similar field.
• Experience with LMS platforms is required and knowledge of LXP or Cornerstone is an advantage.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office 365 and learning technologies, with the ability to work confidently with systems, reporting, and process-related tasks.
• Critical thinker with strong organizational, stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and self-management skills; proactive, autonomous, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
