Nestlé's Product Technology Centre (NPTC) for Confectionery & Snacking in York is a global innovation and technical centre. Our colleagues work across disciplines and locations to develop product, process and technology innovation to strengthen and grow our business as well as strengthening manufacturing capability for our 50 factories and markets across the global confectionery and snacking business. As the Head of HR (HR Lead), you will shape and deliver the people agenda for NPTC Confectionery & Snacking in a global remit, ensuring the organisation has the talent, capability and culture needed to achieve its strategic ambitions. Working as a trusted partner to the leadership team, you will lead change, strengthen organisational effectiveness and create an environment where people and teams can thrive.
You will bring strategic HR leadership experience, strong business acumen and the ability to influence at senior levels. You will be comfortable leading change, navigating complexity and delivering results through collaboration and strong stakeholder relationships.
