We are looking for a passionate HR Lead for the Philippines to work in a hybrid setup for our Manila based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based in Manila Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

About the OTA Client

We are looking for an HR Lead to join our team and play a key role in delivering HR-based healthcare. We are a healthcare facility located in Pasig City, Philippines, specializing in dialysis treatment and kidney care for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). As a private dialysis and nephrology center, we opened our doors in 2025.

What Were Looking For:

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience

• Strong recruitment background, with hands-on experience in payroll, compensation and benefits, HR documentation, and labor law compliance
• Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role, with plans to build and lead a team of 2–3 members by year-end
• Experience in the healthcare or medical services industry is a strong advantage

• Startup experience is a plus
