Job Description

• Lead and oversee the Human Resources function, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and business needs.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
• Oversee payroll, personnel administration, compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
• Develop and implement performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure effective performance and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Experience managing and developing an HR team.
• Strong understanding of payroll, compensation and benefits, and personnel administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
