Job Description

We’re looking for an HR Lead to drive the people agenda for our Business Functions in Mexico, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders and ensuring the effective execution of HR initiatives that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and talent development. In this role, you will lead end-to-end HR processes, influence key business decisions, and foster a high-performance culture while serving as the primary HR partner for the assigned scope in Mexico.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and calibration sessions.
  • Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Identify talent gaps and implement succession planning and development strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a high-performance and inclusive culture.
  • Oversee compensation decisions and manage the people cost budget for assigned functions.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high-quality hiring decisions and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor legislation and company policies.
  • Oversee Workplace & Travel Services (WTS), including office administration, vendor management, travel coordination, and workplace security.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency across people processes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Lead within multinational companies.
  • Experience supporting Commercial and/or Corporate Functions in fast-paced, dynamic organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and its practical application in employee relations.
  • Solid hands-on experience across core HR areas, including talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, organizational design, compensation, employee relations, and Workplace & Travel Services.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility across all organizational levels.
  • High level of ownership, autonomy, accountability, and execution focus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decisions; advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
  • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
