Deine Aufgaben

Du möchtest die Zukunft unserer HR-Systeme aktiv mitgestalten? Dann werde Teil unseres HR-IT-Teams und begleite die Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP-HCM-Landschaft sowie die Transformation zu SAP SuccessFactors. Dabei sorgst du für einen stabilen Systembetrieb und bringst neue Technologien wie Automatisierung und KI in unsere HR-Prozesse ein.

  • Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Systemlandschaft mit Schwerpunkt SAP HCM
  • Analyse und Behebung von Systemfehlern sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs
  • Betreuung von Schnittstellen zwischen SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors und weiteren Anwendungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Transformation unserer HR-Systeme in Richtung SuccessFactors
  • Umsetzung von Change Requests, Systemanpassungen und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Updates, Releases und technischen Weiterentwicklungen
  • Identifikation von Potenzialen für Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und KI-Einsatz im HR-Umfeld
  • Beratung der HR-Fachbereiche zu technischen Fragestellungen und Prozessen

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von SAP-HCM-Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren SAP-HCM-Modulen (z. B. PA, OM, PY oder PT)
  • Erfahrung in der Fehleranalyse und im Application Management
  • Erfahrung mit Schnittstellen und Integrationen im SAP-Umfeld
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP SuccessFactors
  • Grundkenntnisse in SAP ABAP sind von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und neuen Technologien
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
