Then you’ve come to the right place: Take on a key role in our Corporate Process Technologies team within IT and drive the further development and technical support of our globally deployed HR systems together with us. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-to-end responsibility for the support and strategic development of SuccessFactors Succession & Development – including career planning, development, mentoring and talent pools
  • Ensuring stable operations as well as the continuous development and strategic expansion of the growth portfolio
  • Identifying new technologies and innovative (AI-driven) approaches to optimize talent management processes
  • Supporting cross-functional IT projects within Digital Services GmbH
  • Gathering and evaluating new requirements and planning their implementation, considering overall processes and system architecture
  • Coordinating and managing external service providers

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in leading IT projects, facilitating workshops and designing business processes
  • Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in Succession, Development and Employee Central, as well as a holistic understanding of the platform
  • Structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • Very good German and English language skills
