As an HR Intern, you will support end-to-end internship management, employee engagement initiatives, and core HR operations. You will work closely with the HR team on recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and work pass processes, while helping to deliver engaging employee activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, people engagement, and best practices in a dynamic corporate environment.
Oversee the end-to-end internship process, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding of interns
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement initiatives and events
Support HR operations, including benefits administration and work pass applications and renewals
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality
Proficient in Canva & Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices is a plus.
