What will your internship look like?

in HR:

You will spend your time between HR tasks such as recruitment, well-being, ongoing HR projects, and personell administration. Besides that, you will be involved in the Learning & Development activities, such as planning, organisation and communication of the learning & development activities for our employees. Being an educational institute we strongly promote the development of our employees.

What will you do?

• Provide support in the daily operations of the HR Department
• Support in identifying recruitment channels
• Support in organising well being activities
• Maintaining contacts with all departments within Hotelschool The Hague about all learning activities;
• First point of contact for HTH Learning;
• Maintaining registration and administration of all learning activities;
• Maintaining contacts with external suppliers;
• Organizing the learning activities so that they run optimally;
• Brainstorming with the HR team about new initiatives to be developed.

Your profile

We are looking for you if you:

• Are available from end of August 2026 for at least 5 months, at least 4 days a week
• Are enrolled in a educational institute during the internship
• Have good English verbal and written skills (the main language on campus is English); Dutch is a plus
• Have strong social and communication skills;
• Can work independently on your own projects, but you are also a team player and like to make connections.
