Mission for the internship:

• Support the integration of candidate experience initiatives across Geely Auto and Zeekr.

• Assist in mapping and analyzing talent processes across both brands, identifying opportunities for alignment and continuous improvement.

• Support Employer Value Proposition (EVP) development by gathering employee insights, analyzing market practices, and helping define key messaging.

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.

• Maintain and optimize internal documentation, playbooks, and communication materials related to talent and culture programs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change management, communications, and candidate engagement activities related to the integration journey.

Key educational requirement:

• Student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interest in employer branding and talent acquisition.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and an interest in working with data and insights.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working across multiple stakeholders and teams.

• Gain hands-on experience supporting the integration of two automotive brands within a European business environment.

• Learn how employer branding and EVP strategies are developed, implemented, and measured.

• Gain exposure to recruitment marketing, talent attraction strategies, and employer branding activities.

• Build experience collaborating with stakeholders across People & Culture, Communications, Marketing, and Business functions.

• Develop a deeper understanding of organizational culture, brand identity, and post-integration workforce engagement strategies.
