Job Description

• Gather all internal metrics and quarterly reports for internal communications for the team, including enterprise, CoSo, D&I Talent Task Force, GPT and others as needed
• Share recommendations on how to improve future communications using the data gathered
• Learn how to use PoliteMail and tools we use to gather metrics

Support Internal Communications Projects

• Review documents and communications as needed
• Manage the Business Units at a Glance overview and keep it updated
• Support updates to organizational charts following our brand standards
• Provide ideas for upcoming deliverables to improve desired outcomes
• Preferred, but not required – support digital graphics or video creation requests
