About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, and HR administration.

As an HR Intern, you will support the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to interview coordination, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen and review CVs from various recruitment platforms and the company's internal CRM system.
  • Identify suitable candidates based on job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Contact candidates via phone and email to discuss opportunities, validate information, and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems and databases.
  • Prepare and update recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring metrics.
  • Support interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct initial interviews for junior-level positions when required.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with other HR and recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Intermediate English language skills (B1-B2 level), with the ability to communicate professionally via email and phone.

  • Previous internship, volunteering, or campus experience in recruitment or HR is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
