In search for Excellence, John Keells Logistics (Pvt) Ltd (JKLL), a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC, is a leading Integrated Logistics Services Provider with over 12 years of experience in operating and managing Multi User Logistics fulfillment centers, Diverse transport fleets, Temperature controlled logistics and Supply chain consultancy services spanning across multiple industry verticals.
What You Will Do
- Support the HR recruitment team by creating engaging videos and visual content to attract potential candidates and strengthen employer branding.
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form recruitment videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Appear confidently on camera to present job openings, workplace culture, employee stories, and recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to convert hiring needs into creative and engaging content ideas.
- Assist in managing social media pages, ensuring consistent branding, tone, and posting schedules.
- Monitor content performance (views, likes, shares, comments) and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and recruitment marketing best practices.
- Support HR branding initiatives, employee engagement activities, and campaigns.
What We are Looking For
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Marketing, Media, Communications, HRM, Business, or related field.
- Hands-on experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook).
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
- Strong storytelling and communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR and operational teams.
- Interest in HR, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital content creation.
