We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our talent pipeline and support the delivery of our services. As part of DHL IT Services, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of reinforcing DHL’s position as the global leader in transportation and logistics through IT integration, project management, consulting, development, and end-to-end support services for DHL business units worldwide. We welcome students who are adaptable, eager to learn, and excited to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment.

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

• Support fresh graduate and intern hiring activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination and follow-up communication.
• Assist with recruitment administration such as maintaining hiring trackers, updating candidate records and preparing recruitment-related documents.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Support new joiner onboarding activities, including document collection, onboarding preparation and coordination with relevant teams.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the recruitment team to support efficient hiring operations within the department.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
• Required skills(s): Good communication skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
• Preferred skill(s): Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices
• Required language(s): English
• Able to commit to a 6-month internship period.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
