Job Brief

This is a 3-month internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in HR operations with the opportunity for a full-time role.

Employment Type: Full time, Onsite
Location: Johar Town G4, Lahore
Timings: 10AM-7PM

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR documentation.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including collecting documents and preparing employee files.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters.
• Assist in preparing employment letters, and other documentation.
• Help maintain and organize HR databases, files, and records.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives..

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and administrative operations.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
