The HR Intern provides administrative and operational support to the HR team across core processes including employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, and HR data maintenance. This role offers exposure to multiple HR disciplines and supports day-to-day HR operations.


What You Will Do

  • Support HR administration, including maintaining employee records and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, coordination, communication)
  • Provide support in recruitment activities (candidate coordination, interview scheduling)
  • Maintain and update HR systems and employee data records
  • Support preparation of HR reports, metrics, and documentation
  • Assist in employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
  • Provide general support to HR projects (e.g., training coordination, process improvements)


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Communicative level of English proficiency
  • Interest in HR processes and employee lifecycle management
  • Basic understanding of HR systems or data management
