Job Description

Job Purpose

We are looking for an HR Intern to support the People & Culture team with day-to-day HR activities and gain practical experience across different areas of HR. The intern will work closely with the HR team and support administrative, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
• Assist with maintaining and updating employee records and HR documents.
• Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
• Help prepare HR reports, trackers, and presentations when needed.
• Assist with organizing HR files and ensuring information is kept accurate and up to date.
• Support other HR projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and gain practical experience in HR.
• Ability to handle information with confidentiality and professionalism.
