What will you be doing?

De afdeling bestaat uit een HR Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) en een HR Administrator. Het betreft een allround meewerkstage waarbij je eigen verantwoordelijkheden krijgt. Daarbij maak je kennis met alle facetten op het gebied van HR door zowel zelfstandig te handelen als onze HR collega’s te ondersteunen. Samen met hen support je medewerkers en teammanagers in HR gerelateerde taken.

Job Responsibilities

  • Je ondersteunt in alle voorkomende werkzaamheden rondom in-, door- en uitstroom (denk hierbij aan het van opstellen arbeidsovereenkomsten, opstellen van correspondentie, mede zorg dragen voor een vlekkeloze indiensttreding van een nieuwe medewerker)
  • Updaten en bijhouden van onze HR systemen (Atlas & Nmbrs)
  • Beantwoorden van HR vragen van medewerkers die dagelijks in onze HR mailbox binnen komen
  • Supporten van de HRBP met de People Cycle (performance, engagement etc) en lopende HR projecten
  • Daarnaast kan er gevraagd worden om ad hoc taken op te pakken

  • Je ben in staat om zaken snel op te pikken en je ziet snel wat er moet gebeuren. Ook ben je niet bang om fouten te maken.
  • Je hebt een hebt een proactieve houding.
  • Je kan met verschillende type mensen omgaan.
  • Je bent gedreven en stapt gemakkelijk op anderen af, waarbij je weet hoe je zakelijk en laagdrempelig een gesprek voert.

Education and Experience

  • Je hebt interesse of affiniteit met het HR vak en hebt belangstelling voor de Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) branche
  • Je bent een enthousiast persoon, initiatiefrijk en analytisch ingesteld
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandseen Engelsetaal en kunt daarnaast goed overweg met MS Office
  • Je bent leergierig en in staat theorie te koppelen aan de praktijk
  • Je bent tweede-, derde-, of vierdejaars hbo of wo student
  • Je volgt een studie in de richting van Human Resources of dit is een belangrijk onderdeel van je studie
