Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities. Requirements REQUIREMENTS: 0-6 months of experience in related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
