Job Summary
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources
team, with a primary focus on
recruitment and learning & development
activities
. The role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment
processes, training coordination, and HR administrative support.
Key
Responsibilities
Recruitment Support

Assist
with posting job vacancies across recruitment platforms
-
Pre-screen
and pre-chat candidates to assess basic suitability
-
Schedule
interviews and coordinate interview logistics
-
Maintain
and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
-
Support
onboarding documentation for new hires
Learning & Development Support
-
Assist in
planning and coordinating internal and external training programs
-
Support
the processing of
ITF approvals for all training activities
-
Maintain
training attendance records and training reports
-
Assist
with training evaluations and feedback collation
Administrative & HR Support
-
Maintain
HR files and documentation
-
Support
general HR administrative tasks assigned
-
Liaise
with internal stakeholders to support HR initiatives
-
Ensure
timely communication with candidates and employees
Requirements
Requirements
& Qualifications

Recent
graduate, NYSC member, or undergraduate studying
Human Resources,
or related fields

Strong
interest in recruitment and learning & development

Good
communication and interpersonal skills

Strong
organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency
in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Attention
to detail and ability to handle confidential information
