As our operations continue to grow, we are currently looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team as HR Intern.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR department, assisting in various HR functions and projects. This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience and a chance to develop essential skills in recruitment and training.

Main Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Expatriate Management: Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for expatriates, including foreign affairs procedures.

  • HR Administration: Support the HR team in preparing HR reports such as contact lists, attendance reports, training records, etc. Perform other tasks related to staff file management, sick leave management, and related administrative duties.

  • HRIS System Maintenance: Support the HR team in maintaining and updating the HRIS system.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and participation in interviews.
  • Training Management: Support the communication and organization of training programs. Assist with logistics coordination, participant registration, and training material preparation. Follow up on evaluations and feedback from training sessions. Record attendance and manage the training budget.

Qualifications

Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous similar HR Intern experience in multinational companies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, Chinese skill is considered as a strong asset.
