CrossWorkers is looking for highly motivated students/ fresh graduates for a three-month Internship in the Human Resources Department.
The internship starts in July and ends in September 2026.
Location: Cairo Office, New Cairo
Eligibility:
Fresh graduates and 4th-year students in any field are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general support to assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
Help maintain HR documentation and support with compliance and candidate/tracking processes
Source candidates using job boards, social media, university career services, and internal databases.
Screen CVs and applications to match candidates to role requirements.
Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess fit and availability.
Coordinate interview scheduling, and maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
Support onboarding administration to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Assist with employer branding, job ads, social media posts, and campus recruitment events/campaigns.
Requirements:
Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Organized with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS or HR systems is desirable
