Support HR operational execution and drive continuous improvement in core HR processes.

Role Purpose & Core Contributions

- The HR Intern will primarily support HR operational activities and lead improvements to strengthen HR processes, and employee experience.

- Execution support (tracking, follow-up, drafting updates) with **HR review/sign-off** on all controlled documents and communications

- No independent ownership of HR decisions, employee relations cases, or policy interpretation

Operational HR Support (Primary)

  • Training administration & follow-up
    • Training needs detection support
    • Annual training plan tracking and follow-up
    • Training effectiveness monitoring and record maintenance
  • Onboarding follow-up
    • Onboarding plan follow-up during probation period to ensure completion of key steps and reduce early-stage integration gaps
  • Internal communications execution
    • Create and maintain internal communication materials for VivaEngage, email, communication screens, and shop-floor boards
  • Engagement & CSR events support
    • Participate in planning and logistics for CSR and employee engagement events
  • Employee self-service enablement
    • Create short “how-to” videos and FAQs for key HR systems (GVT, SmartRecruiter, MyHelpDesk, GLR), reducing repetitive inquiries and improving adoption

Continuous Improvement Project

Project: To provide support, updates and compliance with the content established in the Talent Development Procedure to ensure alignment with internal policies, regulations, and the Integrated Management System for JC Mexico

Key outputs:

  • Skill Matrix update
  • (JD) update
  • Training needs detection & documentation
  • Annual training plan follow-up framework
  • Training effectiveness monitoring approach
  • Onboarding plan follow-up process during probation period

Qualifications

Target profile: Student 2 years to finish school (Psychology, Business Administration, or related)
English level: Intermediate/ upper intermediate
