📢 The Caribbean and Indian Ocean department is currently looking for an HR Trainee to be based in our Gestagua office, in Madrid
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees located in French Overseas Territories (La Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, St-Martin and St. Barthélemy)
Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives
Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions
Preparation of job descriptions and recruitment support
Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies
✅ Requirements:
✓ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field – mandatory to sign an agreement with a university or professional school.
✓ Ideally a first experience as HR trainee.
✓ Fluent in both English and French. Spanish appreciated.
✓ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. ✓ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
✓ Available to start on September 2026
