HR-stagiaire

Wat ga je doen als HR-stagiaire bij Draka Comteq Fibre BV.?
Als stagiaire op de HR-afdeling bij Draka Comteq Fibre B.V. krijg je de mogelijkheid om kennis te maken met alle facetten van het HR werkveld. Hierbij kun je denken aan werving en selectie, verzuim, training en opleiding, in-, door- en uitstroom en het beheren van personeelsinformatiesystemen. Daarnaast ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers. Ook werk je mee aan diverse HR-projecten. Kortom, geen dag is hetzelfde. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om je aan je stage-opdracht te werken. Samen met jou zullen wij hier een passend vraagstuk voor bedenken.

Als HR-stagiaire bij Draka Comteq Fibre B.V.:

• Ben jij een derde- of vierdejaars HRM student;
• Heb jij excellente communicatieve vaardigheden;
• Ben jij een teamplayer maar kun je ook goed zelfstandig werken;
• Heb jij een proactieve houding, neem je initiatief en ga je probleemoplossend te werk;
• Spreek je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
