Job Description

Paralleldots has an opportunity for an HR Intern to join our team and learn the basics of recruitment. You will be part of every aspect of our recruitment operations from start to finish. Your job will range from contacting and interviewing candidates to preparing documentation for our clients and reporting on ongoing business.

As an HR Intern with ParallelDots, Your Tasks Will Include
  1. Placing job postings on all relevant platforms
  2. Acting as the front-line contact person for applicants
  3. Scheduling interviews
  4. Managing applicant documentation
  5. Taking part in interviews
  6. Preparing client presentations
  7. Attending company events
  8. Assisting with office administration
Required Skill Set
The HR Intern should possess the following skills, attributes, and qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in HR or a related field
  2. Expert computer skills
  3. Strong administrative and document management skills
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication
  5. Willingness to learn
  6. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  7. Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work
  8. Strong interest in recruitment
