Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support the hiring team in identifying and engaging potential candidates from the provided market database. The intern will connect with candidates, convert them into prospective employees, and coordinate interview schedules.
Duration 30 Days/60 Days/90 Days Location On-site - Pune Stipend As per company norms

Utilize the provided database to source and connect with candidatesEngage and convert potential candidates through calls/emailsCoordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidatesMaintain candidate records and follow-up updatesSupport the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities
