This position is accountable for supporting field HR functions for all regions. The Intern, under close supervision, will perform a variety of entry-level HR tasks and special projects while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Individual in this position must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, skills performance plan or possess equivalent work experience which demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties of the position. Individual must have computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and be able to word process at least 60 WPMThe position also requires good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively relate to employees at all levels of the organization
The incumbent must be well organized and a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervisionMust be flexible and able to adjust to sudden changes in work priorities and prioritize work to accommodate those changes.
