The position

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend personalized trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.

Tasks throughout the various roles can include:

  • Attracting and selecting candidates for our Young Talent Program and junior positions. From sourcing to interviewing, you will be part of the hiring process from the start to the end

  • Reporting and supporting HR Manager in recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives and special TA projects.

  • Sustaining our DE&I principles in your HR daily activities and reinforcing those principles in the conversations with the Hiring Managers.

  • Supporting the roll-out of ad hoc projects and other HR initiatives within L&D such as Trainings, Workshops, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging as well as assisting with learning needs analysis and digitalization of L&D projects.

Qualifications:
Job requirements:

  • Master, preferably in the field of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or Management. We are mainly looking for the right demeanor!

  • You should have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.  

  • Microsoft Office skills are a must.

  • You are enrolled at a university for the entire internship duration.

NOTE:

  • EU/ EEA Students: you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university for at least 50% of the internship period.

  • Non – EU student: you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university for the whole duration of the internship period.

  • Communication Skills At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.

  • Ability to Simplify We like to keep it simple. And to execute fast. Your ability to simplify will be highly appreciated, when you provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges.

  • Teammate: You’re a great teammate, which means you’re sometimes a leader, sometimes a follower but always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates.

What we offer you:

  • Program start date July/August 2026 

  • Duration 6 months

  • Allowance 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses 

  • Location Amsterdam, hybrid 

This is a hybrid position - you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
