Job responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and screening resumes.
- Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents and reports.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee activities.

Job requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship experience in HR is a plus.
