What you will do:
Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across a range of HR activities, including:
· Talent search and talent development initiatives
· Employee lifecycle management
· Review and refinement of HR processes and policies
· People metrics and analytics
· Audits and grants documentation
· Employee engagement activities
· Preparation of presentation materials and meeting notes
· Headcount planning and execution
What we look for:
· University or Polytechnic undergraduates who are keen to explore a career in HR.
· Self-driven to give their best at work, passionate about people matters and disciplined.
· Available for 10-12 months internship
· Bilingual skills a plus
