Huawei Finland Research Center HR team is looking for a HR internto perform various assisting tasks and to support our HR team’s daily activities. In this role, you will be working alongside the HR &Recruitment manager and also cooperating with the HR team members and communicating with different departments in the local and global organization. This is a great opportunity to learn about various HR processes with the chance to grow in the role.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide support for staff activities and internal events to promote employee engagement.

• Organizing/supporting in yearly Huawei TechArena Hackathon event.

• Support recruitment manager in junior position recruitment by screening CVs, arranging interviews, and gathering feedback from hiring managers after interviews.

• Participate in campus recruitment events alongside the recruitment team to attract campus talent and promote Huawei Finland as an employer.

• Assist in the coordination of staff training sessions, including scheduling meetings, material preparation, and taking feedback after the trainings.

• General support to HR team in carrying out day-to-day HR activities.

• Someone who is proactive and willing to gain experience in various areas of HR.

• Motivated team player, who works well with others.

Requirements

• Education in a relevant field (HR, business management, communications) or precious experience from corresponding HR tasks.

• Basic understanding of Finnish labor laws.

• Experience working with MS Office.

• Excellent communication skills, especially in written and spoken English.

• Experience from working or studying in multicultural environments is considered as beneficial.

• Also experience from or interest in Adobe tools, such as Photoshop, Croldaw, AI or other graphic design software/short video editing software are considered as beneficial.

An intern position with us will give you an outstanding opportunity to get familiar with an international ICT company and support your studies. This full-time internship is a 6 months' fixed-term position, with the possibility for extension depending on the situation.
