We are now seeking for a “Talent Acquisition Intern” to be a part of our Talent Development team, responsible for recruitment transactional activities. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:

What We Expect

  • Assist in delivering effective recruitment activities that support both internal and external stakeholders in alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure accuracy, timely communication, and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support hiring managers in executing selection strategies by gathering position requirements, researching sourcing channels, and preparing related documentation.
  • Perform initial pre-screening tasks such as reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication among candidates, Hiring Managers, and HRBPs.
  • Assist in administering assessment tools including English tests, personality assessments, and other evaluation instruments.
  • Support application management processes, including tracking candidate progress, managing basic candidate communication, and assisting with rejection processes.
  • Help build and maintain strong internal relationships by providing timely support and understanding stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of employer branding activities.

Capabilities

  • 3rd or 4th year undergraduate students
  • Advanced level of English is a must
  • Good command on social media and technology tools is a plus
  • Advanced level of customer focus
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Coordination, planning skills are must
