About Hydro HR

GBS HR Global Hub Hungary is supporting different locations around the globe. We work closely with business partners and global stakeholders, using digital solutions and best practices to enable Hydro’s Sustainability and People Agenda.

We are looking for HR Trainees for the following fields:

  • People Resourcing (Recruitment) Trainee

  • Compensation & Benefits Trainee

  • Learning & Development Trainee

What you will be doing

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and people resourcing activities, including candidate coordination and administration

  • Assist in Compensation & Benefits processes, data collection, reporting, and system updates

  • Support Learning & Development initiatives such as training coordination, learning administration, and content organization

  • Maintain and update HR data in HR systems and databases

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR-related documentation

  • Provide administrative and operational support to HR business partners and global HR teams

What will make you successful?

  • Ongoing HR, Economics, Psychology, Business Administration or related full-time studies (University or College)

  • Strong interest in HR processes and people-related topics

  • Confident English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Commitment to work with Hydro for at least 12 months

  • Availability of minimum 20 hours/week
