We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized intern to support our team in developing, updating, and maintaining process documents, policies, and various operational tasks as well as talent management initiatives. Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and updating process documents: Work closely with the HR Business Partner to create, review, and refine process documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Conduct research and gather information: Research and gather relevant information to inform process documents and policies.
Maintain policy repository: Organize and maintain a centralized repository of policies and procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with various stakeholders to gather feedback and input on process documents and policies.
Ensure compliance: Familiarize yourself with relevant regulations and standards, ensuring that process documents and policies align with these requirements.
Assist in payroll tasks: Support payroll-related tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
Support internal communication: Assist in creating and disseminating internal communications, such as company-wide announcements, newsletters, or other materials.
Assist in analytics: Support data analysis and reporting tasks, including data collection, visualization, and insights generation.
