Assist in implementing overseas recruitment policies, follow up on policy implementation details, and ensure relevant processes are conducted in a compliant and efficient manner. Participate in the management and optimization of global recruitment channels, including channel data collation, effectiveness analysis, and provide rational suggestions for the company’s talent strategy. Be responsible for specific recruitment execution for relevant departments, including overseas talent sourcing, resume preliminary screening, interview coordination, and auxiliary liaison during the offer stage. Cooperate with the team to organize and file documents related to overseas recruitment, and support cross-departmental recruitment collaboration.
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with overseas recruitment internship experience or campus recruitment experience are preferred. Good interpersonal perception, communication and coordination skills, strong sense of teamwork, open-minded and proactive in learning. Fluent in English, capable of conducting professional English communication at work, and adaptable to scenarios involving overseas talent liaison.
