Requirements:
- Current Student in the last semesters of Computer/Systems/Software Engineer, Finance, or Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup´s, pivots tables, sorting data, macros)
- Microsoft Office in general
- 80% English level
- Power automate
- Share point management
- MS Forms
- Power Apps
- AI tools preferable (Copilot, Prompts)
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
- RFC (Mandatory).
- Good communication skills (verbal, written)
- Willingness to learn
- Positive attitude
- Proactive.
Your role:
- Workday Integration monitoring
- Send integration results to users
- Workday, PNET and T&A User support
- Execution of mass load processes in Workday
- Update Shrepoints
- Develop/update application instructions
- Facilitate meetings with Users
- HRIS Metrics management
- Interaction with providers (Workday, Capgemini, PeopleNet, T&A)
- Update Total Rewards tools (MS Forms, Power automate, Macros)
- Support to the following areas of Total Rewards:
- Benefits management
- Savings Fund
- Retirement (Pension Plan)
- Compensation management
Your Background:
- Advanced English
- Microsoft Excel proficiency ( Pivot Tables, Microsoft Excel Macros )
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Student Business Administration , computer systems or a related field.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Student in final semesters
- RFC (Required)
